The subjects you will find under 'Common Difficulties' are not exhaustive, so even if the exact subject you'd like to discuss is not here please call to arrange an initial appointment.

Counselling offers a safe place where you can discuss problems and issues which are affecting your life. You may have relationship problems, stresses, anxieties, addictions, or unresolved difficulties from your past. Either way, you can talk to me and I can offer you a professional listening ear and we can explore new ways of looking at your life.

Typically sessions take take place once a week and last for 1 hour. More frequent sessions can be arranged if required. However, if more appropriate, a fixed number of meetings can be agreed, or longer term open-ended therapy can be offered.

Sessions are offered in Little Melton which is approximately 3 miles west of the centre of Norwich, Just off the A47.  My room is on the ground floor and parking is available.
